• Build and implement global people strategies,
designed to integrate acquired or release divested
organizations, which map to the business strategy.
• Consult with “deal teams” on effective
acquisition plans, negotiations, terms, and
integration/transition programs which focus on both the
operational and strategic needs of the organization,
resulting in 65 successful M&A transactions with over
$10B in consideration for Fortune 50 to Fortune 1000
companies.
• Partner with senior and executive management teams
to oversee the design and governance of all philosophies,
policies, programs and services that impact the planning,
attraction, acquisition, retention, deployment, engagement
and reduction of the company's workforce.
• Develop and present M&A status reports, outcome
analysis, workforce projections, due diligence findings,
and integration recommendations by analyzing the Human
Capital quotient of M&A targets.
• Guarantee the quality and consistent execution of HR
work across all active deals that may number +20 and
involve 1000’s of employees at any given time.
• Manage the divestiture of an e-commerce division of
a publicly traded international Electrical Components firm
and the spin-out of a games studio for a
Software/Entertainment company.
• Conduct HR audit with Big Accounting Firm in
preparation for a Service Firm’s $147M IPO.
• Implement business shut-downs to result in the
closure of a 250 employee facility and global sales
offices.
